Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to drive results and expand partnerships. Your experience includes managing a pipeline of clients and negotiating contracts to establish strong working relationships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with cold-calling and in-person meetings to achieve your goals. You understand the importance of being an ambassador for the brand and can clearly communicate value to potential partners.

You are results-driven and have a strong focus on achieving and exceeding monthly quotas. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that you hit your weekly metrics for cold calls, emails, and field appointments. You are proactive in building your pipeline and enjoy the challenge of bringing new restaurants on board.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to create a great first impression. As an Account Executive, you will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation, ensuring that both parties establish sustainable economics for a successful partnership.

You will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Your role will involve identifying and building standard processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in partnership development. You will act as a champion for the Uber and Uber Eats brands, ensuring that your interactions reflect the company's values and mission.
