Who you are

You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree eager to start your career in sales. You possess a natural talent for selling and have a deep knowledge of local restaurants, which allows you to connect with potential partners effectively. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to excel in this role, and you enjoy the thrill of negotiating deals that benefit both parties.

You are proactive and results-oriented, with a strong desire to exceed your monthly sales quotas. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, utilizing your communication skills to build lasting relationships. You are comfortable with cold-calling and in-person meetings, and you understand the importance of maintaining a consistent outreach strategy to achieve your goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships within your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-callingβ€”making at least 50 dials per dayβ€”and conducting in-person meetings to create a great first impression as an ambassador for Uber Eats. Your ability to communicate the value of Uber Eats will be crucial in developing long-term partnerships with restaurant owners.

You will also be responsible for managing contract negotiations, ensuring that both Uber and the restaurant partners establish a strong working relationship with sustainable economics. Collaborating with the Account Management team, you will help identify and build standard processes that support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Maintaining open communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings will be essential to your success in this role.
