You possess strong negotiation skills and are adept at building relationships with diverse decision-makers across various industries.

You have experience in prospecting new leads and opportunities, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. Your ability to hit bi-annual and quarterly targets demonstrates your commitment to achieving sales goals. You are familiar with using Salesforce CRM to construct, forecast, and manage your sales pipeline effectively. Your skills in probing for objections and removing obstacles will help you gain commitment from customers and close deals successfully.

What you'll do

In this role, you will pitch, sell, and negotiate the latest products in the Uber for Business portfolio to SMB companies across Mexico. You will be responsible for prospecting new leads and maintaining a strong pipeline, ensuring that you meet your sales targets consistently. You will collaborate with your team in-person at the Mexico City office three days a week, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and success.

You will develop your sales skills by learning to probe for objections and eliminate barriers to gain customer commitment. Your role will involve engaging with various stakeholders, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. You will also be expected to provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions, helping to shape future offerings.
