Who you are

You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a SaaS environment, where you've successfully managed accounts and driven revenue growth. Your consultative approach allows you to understand client goals and challenges, enabling you to tailor strategic solutions that meet their needs. You possess a strong ability to navigate complex organizations and influence C-level stakeholders, ensuring that you can build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers. Your data-driven decision-making skills and commercial acumen empower you to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities effectively.

Desirable

Experience in managing a quota in a mid-market or enterprise environment is a plus, as is familiarity with tools like Salesforce for tracking progress and forecasting pipeline. You thrive in collaborative settings, partnering closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementations and product adoption.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of high-potential mid-market accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling across Uber's product suite. You will lead contract negotiations and renewals with a value-first mindset, ensuring that clients receive maximum value from the Uber for Business platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with sales, customer success, and operations teams to drive product adoption and strengthen long-term relationships. You will utilize Salesforce and other tools to forecast your pipeline, track progress, and report results, contributing to the overall success of the Uber for Business team.
