Who you are

You are a highly motivated Account Executive with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships. You thrive in a team environment and are eager to contribute to a world-class sales team at Uber for Business. You have experience in B2B sales and understand the nuances of selling to small and medium-sized businesses. You are customer-obsessed and act like an owner, always looking for ways to improve and grow. You are comfortable using Salesforce CRM to manage your sales pipeline and forecast your results. You are a natural doer who enjoys the challenge of hitting targets and driving growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will pitch, sell, and negotiate Uber for Business products to diverse decision-makers within SMB companies across various industries in Chile. You will be responsible for prospecting new leads and opportunities to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. You will hit bi-annual and quarterly targets as this is a quota-carrying role. You will construct, forecast, and run your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring that you are organized and on top of your sales activities. You will develop your sales skills by probing for objections, removing obstacles, and eliminating barriers to gain commitment from customers. You will collaborate with your team in-person at the Santiago office three days a week, fostering a strong team dynamic and culture.
