Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, cold calling, business development, or account management — you've successfully navigated the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You possess a strong understanding of the local retail landscape in Mexico and are passionate about empowering small businesses. Your natural sales skills allow you to build meaningful partnerships with local retailers, ensuring mutual success.
You are adept at analyzing market trends and data to identify high-potential shops in your city — your strategic territory management skills enable you to build a robust pipeline that meets monthly and quarterly targets. You thrive in collaborative environments, working effectively with cross-functional teams to drive operational success and resolve any bottlenecks that may arise during the partnership setup process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, identifying, prospecting, and closing new partnerships with local retailers. You will manage the entire process from cold outreach to contract signature, ensuring a seamless experience for your partners. Your strategic territory management will involve analyzing market trends and data to identify the best shops in your city, building a pipeline that ensures consistent achievement of targets.
You will conduct high-impact sales pitches and negotiate commercial terms with business owners, acting as a consultant to help them understand the value of partnering with Uber. Your ability to drive operational success will be crucial as you collaborate with internal teams such as Operations, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure that new partners are launched quickly and successfully.
