Who you are
You have over 5 years of sales experience, particularly in selling multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts. In your previous roles, you've demonstrated a hunter mentality, successfully closing larger strategic business deals while maintaining a robust pipeline of new opportunities. Your experience includes at least 1 year of selling Conversational AI and Digital Transformation solutions into enterprise accounts, showcasing your ability to navigate complex sales environments.
You excel at establishing and maintaining high-level relationships with C-level executives, understanding their operational needs, and identifying new opportunities for technological advancements. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to coordinate and lead all sales activities effectively to achieve business goals. You are driven by achieving annual sales quotas and are adept at analyzing customer business situations to propose tailored solutions that capitalize on your company's strengths.
Desirable
Experience in a similar role within the technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with NICE solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, enabling you to drive impactful conversations that lead to successful sales outcomes.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at NICE, you will be responsible for selling our innovative solutions to meet the operational needs of our clients and prospects. You will initiate and support the development of purchasing agreements, ensuring that our solutions are implemented successfully. Your role will involve coordinating all sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals, while maintaining a focus on achieving your annual sales quota.
You will analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities, leveraging your understanding of technological advancements to propose effective solutions. Establishing new strategic relationships while nurturing existing ones will be key to your success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the proposed sales and solutions align with NICE CxOne's strengths.
Your day-to-day activities will include leading negotiations for enterprise-wide agreements, conducting presentations, and engaging with clients to understand their needs better. You will also monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform your sales strategies and ensure that you remain competitive in the marketplace.
