Job Description

Who you are

You have over 5 years of sales experience, particularly in selling multiple software products and services to sophisticated accounts. Your background includes a hunter-type role where you have successfully closed larger strategic business deals while maintaining a robust pipeline of new opportunities. You are adept at establishing and nurturing high-level relationships with C-level executives, ensuring that you understand their operational needs and can propose effective solutions.

Your experience includes at least 1 year of selling Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions into enterprise accounts, showcasing your ability to adapt to technological advances and identify new opportunities for your clients. You are driven by achieving annual sales quotas and have a proven track record of negotiating enterprise-wide agreements that benefit both your company and your clients.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at NICE, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading all sales activities to achieve business goals. You will analyze customer business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities, ensuring that the proposed sales capitalize on NICE CxOne's strengths. Your role will involve developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of new opportunities while also sustaining transactional sales growth.

You will initiate, support, and monitor purchasing agreements between NICE CxOne and customers, ensuring that all solutions can be implemented successfully. Your ability to challenge limits and set high standards will be crucial in driving the sales strategy and achieving success in this role.
