Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in account management or business development, and you excel in building relationships with small to medium-sized businesses. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, allowing you to navigate complex deals while balancing quality and volume. You are analytical and disciplined, capable of designing a strategic plan to consistently close deals. You thrive in competitive environments and are comfortable with prospecting and qualification processes. You understand the importance of early-life follow-up to ensure successful merchant activation and engagement from day one. You are willing to travel as needed to meet clients and expand your network.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality sales funnel, independently designing your weekly funnel construction plan to consistently close around 20 restaurants per month. You will source, qualify, and prioritize potential restaurant partners using geo insights and competitive dynamics. Your role will involve running complex negotiations that balance unit economics and merchant expectations, ensuring that offers are structured effectively. You will own the entire sales process from prospecting to contracting, ensuring clarity and speed in deal progression. Additionally, you will engage with merchants post-signing to ensure they are activated successfully and remain engaged with the platform.
