Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, demonstrating your ability to drive results and build relationships. Your experience includes managing a pipeline of clients and successfully negotiating contracts to establish strong partnerships. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with cold-calling and in-person meetings to achieve your goals. You understand the importance of being an ambassador for the brand and can effectively communicate value to potential partners.

You are results-driven and have a strong focus on achieving and exceeding quotas. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple prospects and maintain a healthy pipeline. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance the onboarding experience for new partners. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless partnership experience.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, focusing on signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in cold-calling, making at least 50 dials per day, and conduct in-person meetings to create a great first impression and develop long-term relationships. You will manage contract negotiations to establish a strong foundation for partnerships, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties.

You will collaborate with the Account Management team to identify and build standard processes that support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve and exceed your monthly quota while proactively building your pipeline through effective prospecting and negotiation skills. You will act as a champion for the Uber and Uber Eats brands, clearly communicating their value to potential partners.
