Overview

Uber is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for their Uber for Business team to build new business pipelines and drive growth. You'll engage with corporate customers and develop strategic account plans. This role requires 3+ years of sales experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of proven experience in sales, demonstrating outstanding listening, communication, and organizational skills. You possess great English proficiency and have a consistent track record of multi-tasking and follow-through, while paying attention to detail. You are eager to innovate through problem-solving and have a strong desire to grow professionally.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of building new business pipelines within Mid-Market accounts, specifically targeting companies with 1,000 to 3,000 employees. You will transmit the value of the Uber for Business platform to corporate customers and develop a robust pipeline within your defined territory. Leading and coordinating the end-to-end sales motion for corporate customers will be a key responsibility, which includes qualification, education, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals.

You will build meaningful relationships with decision-makers to gain strong positioning while driving the growth of net new business. Your role will involve reaching out to key decision-makers and prospecting into industries that are likely to close in faster deal cycles. Additionally, you will work closely with teams to ensure the effective launch of Uber for Business once you close a company on the platform, continuously assessing customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value proposition accordingly.
