Who you are

You have 3+ years of B2B sales and business development experience — you've successfully driven new business acquisitions and understand the nuances of managing sales pipelines. Your proven track record of crafting compelling narratives has helped you establish strong relationships with corporate customers. You possess a hunter mindset, demonstrating resilience and self-discipline in your approach to sales. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills enable you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring successful account launches.

What you'll do

In this role, you will prospect, pitch, and sell to mid-market segments, focusing on organizations with employee sizes between 250 and 2,000. You will deliver the value of the Uber for Business platform to corporate customers, developing opportunities and pipelines within a defined territory. Leading and coordinating end-to-end sales motions, you will manage everything from qualification and education to pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation, ultimately closing deals. You will prioritize and identify key decision-makers, ensuring a sales velocity that aligns with Uber's goals. Additionally, you will continuously assess customers' evolving needs, aligning Uber for Business's value proposition to drive linkage and adoption.
