Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring and managing partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses. Your strong negotiation skills allow you to navigate complex deals while balancing quality and volume. You are analytical and disciplined, focusing on strategic negotiations rather than just activity-driven closing. You thrive in competitive environments and are comfortable with the challenges of field-based roles, including the willingness to travel as needed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-quality sales funnel. You will independently design your weekly funnel construction plan to consistently close approximately 20 restaurants per month. This involves sourcing, qualifying, and prioritizing potential restaurant partners using geo insights and competitive dynamics. You will maintain a healthy stage distribution in your sales process, ensuring that deals progress with speed and clarity. Additionally, you will lead complex negotiations that balance unit economics and merchant expectations, structuring offers that align with long-term value.
