Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, capable of independently managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Your strong execution skills enable you to deliver results consistently, even in challenging situations. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to convey complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders both internally and externally. Proficiency in Japanese is essential, while a basic understanding of English is preferred. You have a solid understanding of sales and business dynamics, which helps you navigate the competitive landscape effectively.

What you'll do

As an Acquisition Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Uber Eats in Japan by targeting high-priority local restaurant partners in strategic cities. You will manage the end-to-end acquisition process, from initial contact to onboarding and initial growth support. Your efforts will enhance the quality and diversity of restaurants on the platform, ultimately improving customer satisfaction. You will strategically manage your territory, identifying high-impact acquisition opportunities while collaborating cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, and Account Management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and launch processes. You will leverage funnel data and various tools to execute outreach, prioritize leads, follow up, and manage your pipeline with high operational precision. Continuously validating and improving your approach, you will connect feedback from the field to product, pricing, and process improvements.
