Who you are

You have 3+ years of experience in business development, consulting, B2B, or tech sales β€” you've successfully managed sales cycles and built strong client relationships. Your entrepreneurial mindset drives you to proactively seek out new opportunities and adapt to changing market conditions. You possess native-level German and fluent English skills, with French being a plus, allowing you to communicate effectively with diverse clients. You hold a Bachelor's degree and have a client-focused approach, complemented by excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience using Salesforce CRM is essential, and a background in hospitality or customer-facing roles is advantageous.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and grow partnerships in the Mid-Market segment across Switzerland, focusing on companies with 1,000–5,000 employees. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead sourcing to closing and onboarding new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to Uber for Business solutions. Developing and executing go-to-market strategies will be key to expanding Uber for Business adoption in the region. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Regional Rides teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet client needs. Fostering strong client relationships will be crucial for ensuring adoption, retention, and growth, as you share insights and best practices to support team success and continuous improvement.
