Overview

Uber is hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for their Uber for Business team to build new business pipelines and drive sales. You'll engage with corporate customers and develop account plans to achieve your quota. This role requires 3+ years of sales experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 3+ years of proven experience in sales, demonstrating outstanding listening, communication, and organizational skills. You thrive in building meaningful relationships with decision-makers and have a consistent track record of multi-tasking while paying attention to detail. Your proficiency in English allows you to effectively communicate the value of the Uber for Business platform to corporate customers.

You are driven by the challenge of prospecting into Mid-Market accounts and constructing territory and account plans to achieve your sales quota. You understand the importance of aligning Uber for Business's value proposition with customers' evolving needs, ensuring that you can effectively transmit this value to potential clients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of building a new business pipeline within defined territories, focusing on Mid-Market accounts with 1,000 to 3,000 employees. You will lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales motion for corporate customers, which includes qualification, education, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals. Your ability to prospect into industries that are likely to close in faster deal cycles will be crucial for your success.

You will work closely with your team to ensure the effective launch of Uber for Business once you close a company on the platform. Continuously assessing customers' evolving needs will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to align the value proposition of Uber for Business effectively. This hybrid role requires you to collaborate in-person in the Buenos Aires office three days a week, with the option to work from the office on additional days if desired.
