Who you are

You have 4+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience, particularly in the Mid-Market or Enterprise space within Australia and New Zealand. Your track record demonstrates a consistent ability to exceed revenue targets and company goals, showcasing your effectiveness in driving sales growth. You possess strong presentation and verbal communication skills, allowing you to engage prospects with a consultative and solution-oriented approach. You are knowledgeable about building and executing territory and account plans, which is essential for managing your book of business effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. Your experience with sales frameworks or methodologies equips you to lead and coordinate the end-to-end sales motion, from qualification to contract negotiation. You are adept at assessing customers' evolving needs and aligning them with the value proposition of Uber for Business, ensuring that you provide tailored solutions that resonate with decision-makers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a book of business across Australia and New Zealand, prospecting into new accounts and nurturing existing relationships. You will lead the entire sales cycle, which includes qualification, education, presenting proposals, and negotiating contracts to close deals. Building strategic relationships with decision-makers will be a key focus, as you work to drive growth and establish Uber for Business's presence in the Mid-Market segment.

You will continuously assess customers' evolving needs, ensuring that Uber for Business's offerings align with their requirements. Regularly updating Salesforce and presenting opportunity status in weekly forecasts will be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to maintain visibility and accountability in your sales efforts. Your consultative approach will help you communicate the value of the Uber for Business product suite effectively, positioning you as a trusted advisor to your clients.
