You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sectors — your experience has equipped you with the skills to understand merchant needs and drive growth effectively. You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to leverage customer insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance partner satisfaction. Your ability to inspire and align teams is complemented by your commitment to delivering best-in-class customer experiences.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Manager, you will own the strategy and long-term success of Uber Eats' largest restaurant partnerships in New Zealand. You will develop a deep understanding of merchant needs, behaviors, and preferences, using this knowledge to identify and execute opportunities that improve core business metrics, including revenue growth and market expansion. You will contribute to the strategic direction of the New Zealand team by identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable priorities. Your role will involve collaborating closely with various teams to ensure alignment and drive success across the board.
