Who you are
You have 4+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, or business development β you've successfully managed complex partnerships and understand how to drive product adoption through consultative selling. Your strong communication and presentation skills allow you to engage effectively with senior decision-makers across various levels of an organization. You possess a high level of organization and analytical capability, enabling you to identify operational opportunities and develop strategies for positive performance outcomes.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Manager at Uber, you will own and grow relationships with key franchisee groups, leading day-to-day engagement with senior decision-makers. You will drive product adoption and secure marketing investment by clearly articulating the value of Uber Eats offerings. Your role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to navigate internal processes, resolve issues, and advocate for merchant needs, ensuring that you act as the voice of the customer internally. You will be accountable for outcomes across net acquisition, demand generation, and trip growth, making a significant impact on the business.
