Your advocacy for partners means you can synthesize their feedback into actionable insights that inform product and business roadmaps. You are a natural relationship builder, cultivating long-term partnerships that position Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 100-150 high-value restaurant partners. Your role will involve managing these accounts to ensure their continued success and expansion. You will proactively uncover opportunities to unlock additional revenue for both your partners and Uber Eats, focusing on strategic account growth. You will conduct regular business reviews to develop long-term growth and marketing plans, ensuring that your partners are maximizing their potential on the platform.

You will identify potential partnership risks and work diligently to provide a premier experience, aiming for 100% account retention. Your ability to cultivate long-term partnerships will be key in positioning Uber Eats as the preferred delivery platform for your accounts. You will also be responsible for synthesizing partner feedback into actionable insights, helping to inform our product and business roadmap. Your role will require you to be in-office for 100% of your time, collaborating closely with your team to drive success.
