You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the food industry, where you've successfully built and maintained strong relationships with partners. Your ability to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks has led to high account retention rates in your previous roles. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at synthesizing feedback to drive product improvements. Your passion for the food industry and understanding of market dynamics make you an ideal candidate for this position.
What you'll do
As an Account Manager South at Uber Eats, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value restaurant partners. Your main responsibility will be to ensure their continued success and expansion on the Uber Eats platform. You will collaborate with 100-150 restaurant partners to identify new sales opportunities and maximize their potential through product adoption and location expansion initiatives. You will actively work to mitigate risks to partnerships, ensuring that partners receive the best possible experience and striving for 100% account retention. Additionally, you will collect and synthesize valuable feedback from restaurant partners, transforming these insights into actionable information that informs and drives our product and business roadmap. Your role will involve cultivating strong, lasting relationships with restaurant partners, positioning yourself as their advocate within Uber Eats.
