You possess strong critical thinking skills and are adept at resolving conflicts, turning objections into pathways for collaboration. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to influence without authority and engage effectively with diverse teams.

You understand the intricacies of balancing local franchisee needs with overarching corporate strategies. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to analyze data and trends, providing insights that drive decision-making and strategic growth. You are resourceful and take ownership of your results, demonstrating grit and determination in achieving your goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to your partners.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within high-value franchise groups, ensuring that their local needs align with Uber's global brand strategies. You will employ your critical thinking skills to unblock internal roadblocks and resolve partner objections, effectively pitching and securing marketing investments and product adoption. Your analytical skills will be crucial as you partner with Ops Analysts to dive into data, uncovering the reasons behind trends and delivering actionable insights.

You will be responsible for driving strategic growth by translating Uber's complex offerings into creative, value-driven solutions for franchisees. Your ability to navigate the complexities of the franchise landscape will be essential as you work to build deep, resilient partnerships with iconic brands. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that the needs of your partners are met while also aligning with Uber's corporate objectives. Your role will require you to stay calm under pressure and maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that you can effectively manage difficult conversations and drive positive outcomes.
