You are a highly motivated individual with a knack for building long-term partnerships. You understand the importance of trust in business relationships and are committed to fostering it with key decision-makers.

You have experience in managing influential franchise merchant relationships, particularly within the restaurant vertical. Your ability to communicate creatively and clearly about product value helps secure marketing investments and increase product adoption. You are analytical and enjoy identifying operational opportunities to drive positive change within your managed accounts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups, focusing on building and growing long-term partnerships. You will navigate shifting priorities and internal complexities to deliver solutions that scale, collaborating across operations, marketing, product, and legal teams. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you develop strategies to unlock value for both clients and Uber, ensuring that you are the voice of the customer in all interactions.

You will be responsible for increasing product adoption and securing marketing investments by effectively communicating the unique value of Uber's offerings. Your role will involve identifying key operational opportunities and developing clear strategies to drive positive change within your accounts. You will also be expected to bring your analytical A-game to the table, ensuring that decisions are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals.
