Who you are
You have 4+ years of full-time professional experience, ideally in a client-facing sales or performance-based role. Your strong communication and relationship-building skills enable you to navigate multiple relationships both internally and externally, fostering collaboration with Uber's enterprise franchise stakeholders. You are resourceful and thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating a self-starter attitude that aligns with Uber's cultural identity.
Your experience includes managing goals and targets, and you have a proven track record of selling marketing solutions and negotiating business terms. You are adept at analyzing data to provide detailed recommendations and solutions, ensuring that you deliver maximum value to both Uber and its partners. You are comfortable with in-person presentations and have experience working with enterprise clients, which enhances your ability to cultivate new relationships and potential partnerships.
Desirable
While not required, having 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and experience in negotiations, contracting, and commercial conversations will set you apart as a candidate. Your ability to increase product sense and make product experiences exceptional is a valuable asset in this role.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Franchise Account Manager, you will work closely with large franchise groups to drive revenue growth and operational excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize partnerships with restaurant partners, collaborating with the restaurant support team, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and maximum value delivery. You will navigate complex relationships, building strong connections with stakeholders across various departments.
You will be responsible for selling marketing solutions and new products, negotiating business terms that benefit both Uber and its partners. Your analytical skills will come into play as you analyze data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. You will also be expected to travel for negotiations, presentations, and relationship-building activities, ensuring that you maintain a strong presence in the field.
