You are an enthusiastic individual with a knack for relationship management and sales. You thrive in a role where you can engage with small-to-medium-sized businesses, particularly in the restaurant sector, and help them succeed on the Uber Eats platform. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify growth opportunities and drive long-term value for your partners. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to establish and maintain effective channels with merchant partners through various means, including email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
You understand the importance of post-sales engagement and are committed to retaining and growing high-value accounts. You are proactive in identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and upselling marketing products to merchants. Your ability to build processes and standardize best practices within your territory will contribute to the overall success of the merchant success team. You are also adept at tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs) to ensure that your partners are achieving their goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will collaborate with a portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow your book of business on the Uber Eats platform. You will establish proactive communication channels with merchant partners, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and upselling marketing products such as ads and promotions. You will also build processes and standardize best practices within your territory to enhance the overall merchant experience.
You will be responsible for identifying key risks to partnerships and working diligently to deliver the best possible experience for your partners, aiming for 100% account retention. Partnering with operations and sellers, you will manage relationships and address any issues or questions that arise. Regular business reviews will be conducted to track merchant KPIs and OKRs, allowing you to understand their success, issues, and opportunities for growth.
