Who you are

You have a proven track record in relationship management and sales, particularly with small-to-medium-sized businesses. Your ability to consult and strategize will be key in driving long-term value for our partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at maintaining communication channels with various stakeholders.

You understand the importance of post-sales engagement and have experience in identifying opportunities for account growth. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate risks and address them effectively, ensuring a seamless experience for our partners. You are comfortable working with data and tracking key performance indicators to measure success.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Uber Eats, you will collaborate with a high-value portfolio of restaurant partners to retain and grow your book of business. You will establish and maintain communication channels with merchant partners through various means, including email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. Your role will involve identifying new sales opportunities through product adoption and upselling marketing products to merchants.

You will build processes and standardize best practices within merchant success and your territory. Identifying key risks to partnerships will be crucial, and you will work diligently to ensure we deliver the best possible experience for our partners, aiming for 100% account retention. You will partner with our Operations and Sellers teams to manage relationships and address any issues or questions from merchants.
