You have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B, client-facing role, such as Account Management or Sales, where you've demonstrated the ability to drive commercial success across the full sales lifecycle. You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and you enjoy diving into data to uncover insights that can help your clients succeed. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. You are highly organized and can handle many complex and urgent issues at once, efficiently resolving a large number of problems and inquiries. Your incredible empathy makes you an advocate for Uber's users, and you are passionate about enhancing the community experience. You are willing to travel across the country to meet your restaurant accounts, demonstrating your commitment to their success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the center of helping our restaurant partners thrive on the Uber Eats platform. You will drive strategic conversations with your portfolio of restaurant partners, identifying growth opportunities and improving their operational health. Your responsibilities will include managing relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring that our partners are satisfied with their experience on the platform. You will take ownership of Uber Eats' growth, delighting our restaurant partners and advocating for their needs within the company. You will also analyze performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement, ensuring that our partners can maximize their success on the platform. Your role will require you to be proactive and adaptable, as you will be addressing various challenges that arise in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our partners receive the best possible support and resources.
