Uber is seeking a Senior Account Manager to build strong advertising partnerships with key restaurant brands. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of Uber's advertising solutions. This role requires experience in account management and strategic partnership development.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in advertising or partnerships — you understand the nuances of building strong relationships with key stakeholders and can navigate complex discussions with ease. Your ability to develop a deep understanding of partner needs and marketing goals sets you apart, allowing you to proactively recommend tailored solutions that drive success. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales teams and cross-functional partners to achieve shared objectives. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate campaign strategies and performance insights clearly to both internal teams and external partners. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and optimize campaign performance. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process.

Desirable

Experience in the restaurant or food delivery industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with digital advertising solutions. A background in marketing or business development can enhance your ability to understand and meet partner objectives effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a key player in the Uber Ads team, focusing on building and managing advertising partnerships with top restaurant brands. You will partner closely with Ads Sales teams to develop and execute advertising strategies that align with partner objectives and exceed growth targets. Your responsibilities will include building trusted relationships with marketing decision-makers across various teams, ensuring that you understand their goals and challenges. You will participate in internal kickoff calls to align on campaign objectives and specifications, ensuring that all execution requirements are met. Monitoring campaign performance will be a critical part of your role, as you will proactively identify issues and communicate insights to drive effective solutions. You will coordinate campaign launches and ongoing management, setting clear expectations and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders involved. Your ability to drive adoption of Uber's advertising solutions across both Mobility and Delivery platforms will be essential in ensuring partners achieve meaningful business impact.
