Who you are
You have a proven track record in advertising sales, particularly within Non-Endemic industries, and possess the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with marketing objectives. Your experience includes building and maintaining strong relationships with high-level marketing leaders, showcasing your consultative and solution-oriented approach. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex stakeholder dynamics to achieve win-win outcomes.
You are adept at leveraging data to inform marketing strategies, bridging the gap between Uber's mobility and delivery data and your clients' specific needs. Your proactive leadership style allows you to operate independently while driving the adoption of advertising products across various platforms. You understand the competitive landscape and can articulate the unique value propositions of Uber's offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising partnership strategies that consistently exceed quarterly growth targets. You will engage in consultative conversations with key stakeholders, guiding them toward effective advertising solutions that leverage Uber's extensive data capabilities. Your ability to create compelling pitch narratives will be crucial in showcasing the power of Uber's data to drive measurable growth for finance partners.
You will act as the voice of the customer, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to inform and shape advertising strategies. Your role will involve leading discussions with C-level executives and navigating complex organizational structures to foster strong partnerships. You will also be expected to drive the adoption of advertising products, clearly articulating their value and differentiation in a competitive market.
