Who you are

You are a strategic and commercially savvy leader with a proven track record in advertising or sales. You have experience in managing high-performing teams and are skilled at building and nurturing senior-level partnerships across agencies and major brands. Your focus is on delivering agency revenue targets while ensuring quality execution and customer success. You possess strong analytical skills to maintain accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline health, and you are adept at using performance metrics to drive team success.

You have a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and are familiar with the dynamics of working with top-tier media agencies. Your leadership style emphasizes training and coaching, enabling your team to develop subject-matter expertise across key verticals. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with product, marketing, and operations teams to customize advertising solutions for top customers.

What you'll do

As the Agency Lead, you will own and deliver agency revenue targets, maintaining a strong focus on business impact and customer success. You will lead a team of experienced Agency Client Partners, guiding them in strategic account management and revenue growth across leading media agencies. Your role involves building and nurturing deep partnerships with agency leadership, ensuring that Uber's advertising solutions meet the needs of major brands.

You will conduct regular executive-level meetings with agency leadership to establish and track performance metrics, ensuring alignment with revenue goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies that resonate with top customers.
