Job Description

Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in sales or account management within a high-growth company, particularly in solution sales. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners is crucial, as you will be managing their end-to-end experience. You possess a customer-centric mindset and critical thinking skills, allowing you to identify new market opportunities and leverage them effectively. You are flexible and can balance long-term strategies with short-term execution in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Japanese is essential, and you are comfortable reading and writing in English, with a desire to improve your skills further.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs and challenges, and providing appropriate support. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape the future of the SMB organization in Japan. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal departments, including operations, marketing, and customer support, to address challenges and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. You will leverage data-driven insights to quickly identify issues and provide necessary resources and support to your partners.
