Job Description
Who you are
You have over 3 years of experience in sales or account management within a high-growth company, particularly in solution sales. Your strong relationship-building skills enable you to maintain long-term partnerships with restaurant partners, understanding their needs and challenges to provide appropriate support. You are data-driven, capable of quickly identifying issues and providing necessary resources to address them. Your strategic planning abilities, sales skills, operational knowledge, and leadership qualities are well-balanced, allowing you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You are fluent in Japanese and have a good command of English, with a willingness to improve your skills further. Your energetic personality and desire to positively impact the community drive your work ethic. Experience in the Japanese food industry or a broad network within it is a plus, as is familiarity with SaaS, internet advertising, or marketplace businesses.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the end-to-end experience of key restaurant partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Uber Eats. You will collaborate with the management and leadership teams to shape the future of the SMB organization in Japan. Your responsibilities will include achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets while working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and customer support to resolve challenges. You will also identify new market opportunities and leverage them to drive growth for both Uber Eats and its partners.
