Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the enterprise sector, and possess the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives. Your experience managing high-impact accounts has equipped you with the skills to drive strategic growth and influence digitalization strategies for your clients. You are data-driven and can utilize performance insights to inform your decision-making and strategy development. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and maximize partner performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 10–15 key enterprise accounts, acting as the strategic lead for their growth on the Uber Eats platform. You will engage with C-level executives to identify new opportunities and influence their digitalization roadmaps. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to ensure all commercial targets and partnership milestones are met. You will monitor the business's performance on a weekly basis, utilizing data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in driving the overall success of your accounts and contributing to the growth of Uber Eats in Japan.
