Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the food service or hospitality industry, and possess strong relationship-building skills that enable you to connect with restaurant partners effectively. Your ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities sets you apart, as you thrive in environments that require critical thinking and strategic development. You are adaptable and can balance long-term initiatives with short-term tactical actions, ensuring that you meet the needs of both partners and the company. Your experience collaborating with C-level executives equips you with the skills necessary to design winning strategies and create effective go-to-market plans. You understand the importance of operational excellence and possess the leadership qualities needed to drive success in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

Experience in the food delivery or restaurant industry is a plus, as is familiarity with digital marketing strategies that can enhance restaurant clients' online presence. A background in sales or business development will also be beneficial, as you will be expected to contribute to the growth of restaurant clients' online food businesses with Uber Eats.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end experience of a crucial segment of restaurant partners, focusing on scaling newly acquired restaurant brands and forming strategic partnerships with locally recognized brands. You will act as a trusted advisor to SMB local hero restaurants, helping them navigate the complexities of the online food delivery landscape. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategies that maximize the growth of your restaurant clients' businesses, ensuring they receive the support and resources they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to align on goals and share insights that can drive innovation and improvement. Your ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback will be essential in refining your approach and ensuring that your partners are well-positioned for success.
