Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the SMB sector, and possess strong relationship-building skills — you excel at negotiating with C-level executives and have a knack for identifying new market opportunities. Your critical thinking and strategy development abilities enable you to create effective go-to-market plans that drive growth for your partners.
You thrive in fast-paced environments and are highly adaptable — balancing long-term strategic initiatives with short-term tactical actions is second nature to you. You understand the importance of operational excellence and have experience in sales expertise, which allows you to contribute to the long-term success of both your partners and the company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage over 100 named local SMB restaurant partners, ensuring their success with Uber Eats. You will negotiate with C-level executives at some accounts while identifying the right points of contact for others. Your responsibilities will include tracking the week-over-week rhythm of the business and identifying hidden business signals that can inform your strategies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that foster growth for your restaurant partners.
You will act as a trusted advisor, helping your partners scale their businesses and form strategic partnerships with locally recognized brands. Your ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on new opportunities will be crucial in driving business growth and innovation within the SMB segment.
