What you'll do
In this role, you will be part of the Incident Response Team, handling safety concerns that arise on the Uber platform. You will efficiently manage a high volume of safety incidents, ensuring that each case is resolved accurately and in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal teams such as Communications, Trust & Safety, Insurance, and Legal to facilitate case resolution for high severity incidents. You will document investigations thoroughly and maintain excellent interpersonal skills while delivering outstanding customer service. Your critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills will be essential as you navigate complex incident types.
