Who you are
You are fluent in German and possess a good knowledge of English, both written and spoken. You have experience in customer support, which has equipped you with the skills to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. You thrive in high-pressure environments and are adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently. Your attention to detail ensures that all incidents are documented thoroughly and accurately. You are comfortable using various platforms and knowledge management systems to facilitate your work. You understand the importance of communication and can effectively liaise with internal teams to resolve issues.
What you'll do
As a Safety Investigation Specialist I, you will respond to a high volume of sensitive incident cases, primarily L1/L2, and occasionally L3/L4 urgent contacts. You will act as a first responder to critical incidents, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and documented. Your role will involve categorizing incidents appropriately for further investigation by the Special Investigations Unit. You will support reporting parties by asking thorough questions to understand the details of each incident, establishing an empathetic relationship to ensure they feel heard and supported. You will work closely with internal teams such as Communications, Trust & Safety, Insurance, and Legal to facilitate case resolution and maintain high standards of customer service.
