Who you are
You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong sense of empathy and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You thrive in high-pressure environments and can manage sensitive situations with professionalism and care. Your experience in customer support or operations has equipped you with the skills to handle urgent incidents and provide timely resolutions. You are fluent in Dutch and possess excellent problem-solving abilities, allowing you to navigate complex scenarios with ease.
What you'll do
In this role, you will respond to a high-volume queue of sensitive safety incidents, managing both inbound and outbound cases across multiple channels such as email, chat, and phone. You will serve as a first responder for urgent incidents, applying a triage mindset to identify critical cases and taking first-level actions in line with established processes. You will conduct detailed investigations for lower-level incidents by gathering information, analyzing evidence, and documenting findings thoroughly. Your ability to communicate empathetically with driver-partners, riders, eaters, couriers, and internal stakeholders will be essential in maintaining trust and emotional safety for reporting parties. You will ensure accurate documentation of incidents and actions taken across internal systems, ensuring data quality and compliance.
