Proficiency in Dutch and English is essential, as you will be communicating with a diverse range of customers and partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating multiple applications and tools to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Your exceptional reading comprehension and writing skills enable you to connect with customers effectively, ensuring their issues are addressed promptly.
You are currently living in Lisbon or are willing to relocate, and you are available to work in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday. Your high proficiency in using computers allows you to type quickly and navigate between various tools seamlessly. You understand the importance of documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends, providing valuable feedback to leadership and program teams regarding processes and trends.
What you'll do
As an Uber Eats Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving a high volume of customer contacts through various support modalities, including inbound and outbound calls, email, chat, and tickets. You will investigate case details to determine the root cause of issues and communicate quickly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Triage and escalate urgent issues to drive them to resolution will be part of your daily tasks, ensuring that customers receive timely assistance.
You will complete thorough documentation and notation on customer contacts and trends, which will help improve the overall support process. Your role will involve providing feedback to leadership and program teams regarding processes and trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer support services. You will play a crucial role in turning unhappy users into dedicated advocates for Uber Eats, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience.
