Who you are
You have at least 6 months of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service, either in person or in a contact center environment. You are comfortable operating in multiple modalities and possess strong computer skills. Your language proficiency in German and English allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
You demonstrate empathy while solving customer concerns and are committed to ensuring high customer satisfaction. You are capable of performing root cause analysis and presenting your findings to improve service delivery. You thrive in a structured environment with well-documented procedures, making you an ideal fit for this role.
What you'll do
As a Customer Support Specialist at Uber, you will provide high-quality virtual customer support through ticket systems, including chat and email, and possibly phone interactions. You will be responsible for resolving low to medium complexity customer issues using established procedures. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing concerns with empathy and efficiency.
You may also engage in root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and present your findings to the team. Working within a line of business that is stable and well-defined, you will contribute to the overall success of the Community Operations organization by delivering exceptional support to Uber's customers.
