Uber is hiring an Account Representative to bring local restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and negotiate partnerships with top local restaurants. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree. You are a natural at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to succeed in building partnerships. You enjoy negotiating and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas. You are proactive in managing your pipeline and hitting weekly metrics through cold calls and in-person meetings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to create a great first impression as an ambassador for Uber Eats. You will manage contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner, maintaining proactive communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
