Uber is hiring an Account Representative to bring local restaurants onto the Uber Eats platform. You'll manage the full sales cycle and negotiate partnerships with restaurants in New York. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience.
Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 1 year of professional sales experience, or you are a recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree. You are naturally skilled at selling and have a deep understanding of the local restaurant scene. Your passion for food and the Uber brand drives you to excel in this role. You enjoy negotiating and building relationships, and you are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales quotas. You are proactive in managing your pipeline and metrics, ensuring that you consistently meet your goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and manage a pipeline of local small and medium restaurants, signing new partnerships in your geographic region. You will engage in a mix of cold-calling and in-person meetings, making at least 50 dials per day to create a great first impression and act as an ambassador for Uber Eats. Your responsibilities will include managing contract negotiations to establish strong working relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable economics for both parties. You will also collaborate with the Account Management team to support a seamless onboarding experience for each new restaurant partner. Maintaining communication channels with prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings will be crucial to your success.
