Your ability to identify, qualify, and close complex, multi-million dollar expansion opportunities sets you apart in the field.
Desirable
Experience in the identity management or cybersecurity sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Okta's products and services. You are comfortable working cross-functionally and leading dedicated account teams to achieve shared goals. Your analytical skills allow you to assess account performance and identify growth opportunities effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a select portfolio of named, high-value accounts across the Americas. Your primary focus will be on expanding revenue through up-sells and cross-sells, consistently exceeding revenue targets. You will engage with key stakeholders, understanding their needs and positioning Okta's solutions to meet those needs effectively.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that your accounts receive the highest level of service and support. This includes coordinating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Your strategic insights will help shape account plans and drive initiatives that enhance customer outcomes.
You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape, using this knowledge to inform your sales strategies and account management practices. Your role will involve regular reporting on account performance and growth metrics, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
