Who you are

You have over 2 years of quantifiable experience in field sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with potential clients and drive results. You are proactive in identifying and engaging with prospects, ensuring that you effectively communicate the value proposition of Uber to potential driver partners. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to capture valuable insights from each interaction, acting as the voice of the driver partner.

You thrive in a dynamic environment where you can spend a significant amount of time in the field, directly engaging with potential drivers. Your ability to facilitate informative sessions with current and prospective partners showcases your communication skills and your commitment to ensuring that drivers understand the benefits of joining Uber. You are adept at managing relationships and can navigate the complexities of stakeholder collaboration to integrate insights effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, identifying and converting potential taxi or independent drivers to the Uber platform. You will act as a liaison, capturing feedback and insights from driver partners to enhance their experience. Your responsibilities will include facilitating informative sessions that clearly communicate Uber's value proposition, participating in targeted campaigns aimed at driver acquisition, and supporting drivers through the registration process to ensure they are ready to complete their first trips.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to leverage insights that can improve the driver acquisition process, creating scalable strategies that can be replicated across multiple cities. Your role will also involve managing strategic partnerships with third parties to enhance Uber's market presence. You will be instrumental in ensuring that the supply of drivers meets the demand in the market, making your contributions vital to Uber's success in the region.
