Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively convey the value of Uber to potential driver partners. You thrive in a role that requires proactive engagement and relationship building, and you are comfortable working in the field, spending a significant portion of your time meeting prospects directly.
What you'll do
As a Field Sales Representative at Uber, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential driver partners in the field. You will spend approximately 80% of your time on the ground, connecting with taxi drivers and independent contractors to refer them to the Uber platform. Your role will involve capturing valuable insights from each interaction, acting as the voice of the driver partner to relay feedback and concerns back to the company. You will facilitate informative sessions with current and prospective drivers, ensuring they understand the benefits of joining Uber. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate insights and improve the driver acquisition process, creating scalable strategies that can be replicated across multiple cities.
