Who you are
You have over 2 years of quantifiable sales experience, ideally in a field sales role where you've successfully identified and engaged potential clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of being proactive in the field, and you thrive on the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
You are a strong advocate for the needs of your partners, capturing valuable insights during every interaction. Your experience allows you to facilitate informative sessions with current and prospective drivers, clearly articulating the benefits of joining the Uber platform. You are comfortable working independently in the field, spending a significant portion of your time directly engaging with potential drivers.
What you'll do
As a Field Sales Representative at Uber, your primary responsibility will be to identify and connect with potential drivers in Monterrey. You will spend approximately 80% of your time in the field, actively seeking out prospects and converting them to the Uber platform. Your role will involve understanding the needs and concerns of drivers, positioning Uber as the ideal solution for their driving needs.
You will facilitate informative sessions for current and potential drivers, ensuring they are well-informed about the value Uber offers. Additionally, you will participate in targeted campaigns aimed at engaging new drivers and supporting them through the registration process. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential, as you will integrate insights from different teams to enhance the driver acquisition process.
