Who you are
You have 3+ years of proven experience in sales, particularly in managing accounts within the mid-market segment. Your outstanding listening, communication, and organizational skills enable you to build meaningful relationships with decision-makers. You are detail-oriented and excel in multi-tasking, ensuring that you follow through on all aspects of your work. Your proficiency in English allows you to effectively communicate with diverse clients and stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of building a new business pipeline by prospecting into mid-market accounts with 1,000 to 3,000 employees. You will transmit the value of the Uber for Business platform to corporate customers, developing a robust pipeline within your defined territory. Leading and coordinating the end-to-end sales motion, you will handle qualification, education, pricing, quoting, and contract negotiation to close deals successfully. Building strong relationships with key decision-makers will be crucial as you drive the growth of net new business. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure the effective launch of Uber for Business once a company is onboarded onto the platform. Continuously assessing customers' evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business's value proposition will be part of your responsibilities.
