You possess strong collaboration skills, working effectively with design, engineering, and marketing teams to align on product vision and execution. You are a visionary leader who can articulate a clear strategy and inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals. You understand the nuances of grocery and retail markets and are passionate about creating value for both consumers and merchants.

Desirable

Experience in digital advertising or e-commerce platforms is a plus — familiarity with ad systems and performance metrics will help you excel in this role. A background in data science or analytics can further enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions and improve ad effectiveness.

What you'll do

As the Group Product Manager for Grocery & Retail Ads, you will own the end-to-end ad experience, defining how ads appear and perform within the Uber Eats ecosystem. You will set long-term strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and drive collaboration across various teams, including Product Design, Data Science, and Ads Operations. Your role will involve analyzing shopper insights and merchant feedback to continuously improve the ad experience.
