Who you are

You have a strong background in leading marketing strategies, particularly in the SMB sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement. Your experience includes developing and executing self-serve strategies that resonate with small and medium-sized businesses, ensuring that you understand their unique needs and challenges. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align on growth initiatives and optimize performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify growth opportunities and execute strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention. You are adept at managing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, ensuring that your team is motivated and aligned with the company's goals.

Desirable

Experience in the tech industry, particularly in mobility or delivery services, is a plus. Familiarity with fraud risk management and sustainable unit economics will enhance your ability to drive healthy growth in this role.

What you'll do

As the Global Head of U4B Self Serve, you will lead the strategy and execution of Uber for Business's self-serve initiatives, focusing on small and medium-sized businesses. You will be responsible for regionalizing the product experience and optimizing operations to unlock significant growth opportunities. Your role will involve tight coordination with marketing, product, and community operations teams to ensure that growth investments are effectively implemented. You will also partner closely with Product and Global Scaled Solutions to identify and mitigate fraud risks, ensuring that growth is sustainable and aligned with Uber's overall business objectives.
