You are a high-performing sales leader with a proven track record in channel sales, ideally within the tech or food delivery sectors. You have experience managing teams and developing strategic partnerships that drive growth and revenue. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will drive acquisition targets by developing and executing data-driven sales strategies. You will lead the growth strategy for the Channel Sales Partner (CSP) program, aiming to double its contribution to merchant acquisition and revenue in Japan. You will manage and grow a high-performing team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and processes needed to succeed. Your responsibilities will include joint business planning with strategic partners, conducting performance reviews, and co-creating incentive programs to enhance partner productivity and retention.
You will design and implement scalable partner processes, including onboarding and support models, to improve overall partner performance. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with various departments to ensure alignment and success in achieving business objectives. Your leadership will be instrumental in accelerating the growth of the CSP channel, making a significant impact on Uber Eats' presence in Japan.
